Basement Conversion Details

We were commissioned to design and build a full new basement beneath a substantial Victorian property in the prestigious Dulwich Estate. The brief was to create a high-end, private living space for our clients, incorporating both luxury and functionality.
The newly created basement features a fully equipped gym, indoor swimming pool, a spacious bedroom, comfortable living area, and a stylish shower room, all designed with a focus on quality and comfort.
In addition to the basement works, we carried out extensive ground floor modifications to enhance the layout and flow of the property. The project also included a range of bespoke joinery items, tailored to complement the original character of the home while delivering a modern, high-spec finish.
