Basement Conversion Details

We were appointed to transform a mid-terrace property in Clapham with the creation of a new basement. The brief included a high-spec gym, a bedroom with ensuite, and front and rear light wells to maximise natural light.

Alongside the basement works, we reconfigured and modernised the ground and upper floors to improve the layout and flow of the home. Bespoke joinery and decorative finishes were introduced to complement the property’s traditional character while adding a fresh, contemporary edge.
This project demonstrates how thoughtful design and construction can blend period architecture with modern living, resulting in a refined and functional family space.
