Occasionally kingposts with either steel sheets or concrete between the posts to retain the earth mass behind can be effective.Each method has its pro’s and con’s depending on the soil type. The surrounding structures and the access also need to be considered. Careful evaluation is essential and needs to consider the project as a whole.
