- CONSULTATION - We'll come to your home or you can drop into our office at 95 East Hill, SW11. This initial meeting will allow us to understand your aspirations, appreciate your requirements and design the room you want. Our surveyor will then discuss your needs and the practicalities of the project. Within days of this initial consultation we will provide a detailed proposal with an estimated budget.
- DESIGN AND SCHEMATICS - This step is where your ideas start to take shape. The architectural designs and schematics give you an accurate picture of how your basement will look. When you’re happy with the plans and have approved the budget, we can apply for the necessary permissions.
- PLANNING - The required planning applications and consents will then be acquired with the help of our preferred structural engineers and architect. >> CONSTRUCTION
