SOLE CONTRACTORS - In the creation of basements, we, as a company have skills and experience that general builders don't. As such it is common for us to be the sole contractor on projects that include not just a basement but also above ground works such as kitchen extensions/side returns and even whole house refurbishment.
EXPERTS - On occasions some clients may have a preferred builder for the general works, however they would prefer an expect with all the specialist skills that are needed for the basement! We are pleased to undertake just these elements should you so wish.
SPECIALIST WORKS - We will include all excavation and removal of spoil, re-enforced concrete and steel works together with all temporary and permanent propping works followed by the waterproofing and drainage that are so critical.
